2 T. butter
1 onion - chopped
1 clove garlic - minced
16 oz fresh sliced mushrooms (optional)
2 lbs. Shrimp – peel & deveined
1 8-oz cream cheese
2 cans creams of potato soup
2 cans corn (drained)
2 cups Half-n-Half
Season to Taste w/ Zataran’s
Saute’ veggies in the butter. Add the rest of the ingredients!
Great w/salad and French bread!
