Don't let the name fool you - this is an incredibly yummy pie.  Mom used
to only make it in the summer time since it is a refrigerator pie.  By that I
mean you have to keep it in the fridge or it melts!

This is an incredible taste and I don't think you'll regret making it one bit.

First off, I'd recommend purchasing a high-quality ready-to-bake pie shell.  
Don't scrimp.  I used to make the pie shell because mom did.  She used
the recipe that used to come on the side of the Crisco can - it was buttery
and flaky.  Now I don't want to spend that much time since Pet did!  Buy
the best!


EDDIE’S MARSHMALLOW PIE

In a double boiler, place ¾ cup milk and 8 ounces marshmallows.
Melt, stir and then chill.

Then fold in:

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 square bitter chocolate (grated)
¼ cup chopped pecans

Pour this into a baked pie shell and refrigerate.

You can use Dream Whip
8 ounces marshmallows – 32 large or 320 miniatures
