2  8 oz. Packages cream cheese
1  cup milk
Dash salt
1-1/2 sticks oleo
3  Tablespoon Flour
2  Jalapenos, chopped
1 Onion, chopped and sauted (optional)

Saute onion and jalapenos in large skillet.  
Add milk, flour and salt to taste.  Mix well.  
Add corn, onions and peppers and mix well.
Melt oleo and cream cheese in microwave (careful, don't overheat).
Add onions and jalapenos to oleo and cream cheese.

Put in 9 x 13 inch pan.  Heat at 350° until hot.  Can be frozen.
