yourself that makes you feel good.  Everything from soaking in a bathtub full of scented water to sipping
a hot cup of tea by candlelight, there is just something about these rituals that nurture our soul.

One of the most important beauty rituals you can do each day is to spend time with God.  He is your
creator and knows you better than anyone!  Time with Him relaxes you and we all know that relaxing is
good for the skin!  Stress is a complexion destroyer.  Let us learn to relax!

If you give God  the first part of your day - when you first get up - your entire day will go so much better.
If you say, "I don't have time because I am so busy" then
you are too busy.  Who is more important that
God?  You are obviously spending time doing things God didn't tell you to do.  Why do I say this?
Because God wants to spend time with you - He loves you!  He would never tell you to do something
that will steal His time away.

I recommend you sit down when you have some quiet time.  Make sure there will be no interruptions.
With a journal, notebook or piece of paper, write down everything you have to do - your entire schedule.
Then pray.  Ask God to show you where you are wasting time and where you are doing things He didn't
tell you to do.  Expect to hear from Him.  Get quiet and just listen paying attention to the inside of you.

You will have thoughts and images flowing through you.  When you get an understanding of where your
schedule is messed up, fix it.  Get out of obligations you made without checking with Him.  Apologise for
making the obligation, suck it up if they fuss, then get out of it.

Delete anything on your busy schedule that He didn't tell you to do or that you didn't check with Him on.
God created us to have quiet time.  He meant for us to fellowship with Him.  He wants that.

Matthew 6:33 states, "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things
shall be added to you."  Another benefit of spending quite time along with God is that it is a form of
seeking Him first - giving Him first shot at your day instead of the enemy.  He promises (in prior verses)
that everything you need pertaining to your life will be given to you by putting Him first.
