TIPS FOR USING VINEGAR  (Please do patch tests and trials before attempting any of these
suggestions.  If you are blond, natural or otherwise, try the vinegar on a small patch of hair before
spraying on the entire head.  Also before applying to your skin, test on a small are before using on the
entire face, arm, etc.  None of the tips and suggestions are meant to replace your doctor's
recommendations.  Before drinking any vinegar, make sure you check with your medical practitioner
first.

Make your own healthy after-shampoo hair rinse by mixing 1/3 of a cup (75 ml) of apple cider vinegar
into a quart (1 liter) of water. You can then store this mixture in a plastic bottle and keep it in the
shower for ready use.

If you would like to prepare a smaller batch of this vinegar hair rinse recipe to experiment with, try
mixing 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of apple cider vinegar into 1 cup (250 ml) of warm filtered tap water.

Apply the vinegar rinse after shampooing and then rinse it all out, or for extra conditioning, you can
leave the rinse on your hair. This natural hair care product can be used once or twice a week or more
often as needed.

For dark hair:  Take 1 cup of apple cider vinegar and warm water into a large glass and use to rinse
your hair after you shampoo. Vinegar adds highlights to brunette hair, restores the acid ph and
removes soap film and oil.

To relieve dry and itchy skin, add 2 tablespoons or more to your bath water.

Help fight dandruff by rinsing with vinegar mixed in 2 cups of warm water after shampooing.  Apple
cider for darker hair, white vinegar for lighter colors.

Organic apple cider vinegar makes an excellent skin toner.
