You want to know why your faith fails?  A lot of times it is because you are depending on God for
something you can't really believe Him for.  People are always getting angry at God because they
feel He has let them down.  They shake their fists at the sky and say, "God! Why didn't you save me?
Why didn't you help me? Why didn't you bless me like you blessed so-in-so?  Why!??"

There is a little known spiritual fact that most Christians don't seem to know:  You don't receive
according to what God can do.  You receive according to what you can believe.  Several times in the
Bible it states, "...be unto you according to YOUR faith or what YOU believe."

People run around thinking God will take care of them automatically and they have no responsibility
in the relationship.  That is far from the truth.  OUR responsibility is to develop our faith to believe
God for anything.  His responsibility is to perform His covenant promises for us once our faith can
believe Him for that.

The scripture in Hebrews 11:6 - "But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to
God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him."  The Literal
says that He becomes your rewarder, the One who rewards you for seeking Him.

You can't receive anything from God without having the faith for it.  You couldn't have gotten saved
without faith!  You heard a message (the Word of God) about salvation that sparked faith inside you.
That message caused you to believe the truth in the message.  It allowed you to step out and believe
in Jesus.

If you are having a tough time believing God for something - healing, finances, relationships - YOU
need to go work on developing your faith.  You will never believe God for anything BIG without having
developed your faith for it, first.

You know that if you eat good food regularly, it will build you up physically. In much the same way,
you need to feed your faith on God's Word.  However, even if you eat right physically if you don't
exercise, you will just get flabby and out of shape.  Same with faith.  You need to exercise your faith,
otherwise your "faith-muscles" become flabby.  You won't be able to believe for anything spiritually
because you will have weak faith.

Make a decision today to develop your faith by reading your Bible, listening to faith-based teachings,
watching faith-based videos, and reading faith-based books and magazines.  In the days to come,
you will need your faith to be strong so you can believe God for BIG things!
