I remember when I saw that I thought, WOW, I'm just a teenager!  NO longer would I allow myself
to think I was "middle-aged."  It changed my entire thought process and the way I look at my life
and how planned my future days.

start going downhill in our thirties.  We are supposedly supposed to gain 5 pounds a year, have
our metabolism slow down, begin to develop aches and pains, move slower, our minds will begin
to slow down, and I don't know how many other horrible confessions scientists and doctors have
shoved down our throats.

I have one sentence for you:  "What chapter and verse are these statements from in the Bible?"

God never said you had to become diminished in any way.  He never said your eyesight had to
go bad or your strength to become weaker.  As a matter of fact, remember Moses?
Deuteronomy 34:7 (LVB) states that, "Moses was 120 years old when he died, yet his eyesight
was perfect and he was as strong as a young man."

If it happened for even ONE person in the Bible it can happen for you - God does not have
favorites.  If you can believe God to remain strong and live a long, healthy and productive life,
you will.  He will show you how - all you have to do is obey what He shows you to do regarding
your confessions and your natural, physical actions (oh? You thought could continue eating that
way and live a long life??).  He has some very specific ways to continue to be healthy into old
age.

And before you ask, I'll tell you - the scripture everyone quotes as our lifespan expectations?
You know the one - 70 or maybe 80 years mentioned in Psalm 90:10?  That is not written to us
today.  That was some bad news given to the children of Israel about their wilderness trek.  It was
bad news because people had been living 100-900 years.  Pretty much everyone who wandered
those 40 years would live to 70 or 80 and that was NOT good news to them.

So change up how you look at yourself and the days of your life that you have remaining!  Make
plans to LIVE!  Make plans to grab life and do all those things God called you to do - it's not too
late.  It's perfectly timed.  Even science now says we can live into our 100's easily so they are
finally catching up with God.

Live long and do it well!  NAN

Genesis 6:3: Then the Lord said, "My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, because he also is flesh;
nevertheless his days shall be one hundred and twenty years (120)."

And to go with it is Exodus 23:25-26.  "So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your
bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you ...I will fulfill the number of
your days" (those days He numbered).  Just good news everywhere you look!
