JESUS - THE REASON FOR THE SEASON
I know you thought I forgot the Musing this week but mom is bugging me to help her with the Christmas cards,
needed to go to the hairdresser, needed her decorations up, has a birthday coming up, blah blah blah. My bare
tree was calling me. The decorations have spilled out, unpacked and taking over the new sun room. Life just
got in the way!
I contemplated what I would say this week that could be inspirational and uplifting. I realized the best thing I
could do is take you to the link to my other website and let you read my Ramble there. So go HERE for this
week's Musing.
Why? Because while you are possibly stressing over this season - working long hours, trying to do too much for
too many with too little time - take a break. Take a break and remember Who is the reason for the season.
When you find yourself beginning to feel anything but enjoyment, love or peace - STOP EVERYTHING. Take a
few minutes to praise God. Thank Him for even having a reason to celebrate Christmas. Thank Him for giving
first - His son - so we could live.
NOTHING is more important that keeping the real reason in the season. No one will die if they don't get the
perfect gift. They won't even sulk very long! As Christians, it is important to celebrate that real reason - JESUS.
Be thankful.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
